Default (but negotiable) model of selling KartingManager is SaaS (Software as a Service), so instead of a big once-off investment, there is a flat monthly fee for using the system. Within that fee we provide:

  4. 5000 FREE email messages to send every month
  5. no hidden or additional costs for membership cards, etc
  6. 24×7 support

The actual monthly cost depends on track’s size and the modules you decide to buy (we highly recommend buying the whole system). We guarantee that implemented marketing features will bring additional customers to your track. Basing on our experiences so far – KartingManager needs 3-5 days a month to make you enough additional revenue to cover the monthly cost of the full version of the system.

Frequently asked questions

Is there any setup fee?
The implementation fee of the system is 500 EUR, which includes the cost of neccesary hardware.  There is no extra setup fee if you decide to install the system yourself. It’s very easy, we’ll provide a detailed documentation and we’ll support you on phone / skype. Or if you want – we can do the installation for you. In this case we’ll have to charge you for our time on-site, accommodation and travel expenses.

Can I pay in my local currency?
We accept payments in Euro, US Dollars and British Pounds. You can also sort it out by PayPal if you wish.

Are there any additional devices required?
The only obligatory device is KartingManager server. There are some devices that are „nice to have” because they make it easier for you to use the system (like barcode scanners, printers, etc). You can buy them from us or at your local stores. See requirements section for more details.

How much do you charge for the membership cards?
We don’t charge you for your membership cards. You can order them anywhere you want, f.e. from your local suppliers – or we can help you get them if you want.

What are the additional costs?
There are no hidden costs. Really! The only additional cost is for emails send over the 5.000 free messages limit or text messages sent through the system. We have market’s lowest prices for this service and you can still switch it off or just export the database and send emails yourself.

What about the refund?
You can easily cancel your subscription at any time, but once you try the system, you’ll love it – trust us! There are no cancellation fees, though no refunds are provided for prorated periods.
