Sales and marketing manager
About us
- Silesia-based startup with customer base in 19 countries, on 5 continents (and growing!).
- We provide software and hardware for karting tracks and racing circuits.
- We’re now building new products and services and we’re looking for new team members to help us grow worldwide.
About you
- You speak english very well (other languages are most welcome)
- You have excellent inter-personal skills
- You have experience in sales and/or marketing
- You understand technology and software environment
- You are familiar with online project management tools and you’re able to manage multiple projects at the same time
- You are available to travel worldwide (on average few days in a month)
About the role
You will be responsible for:
- Marketing communication worldwide
- Sales meetings and negotiations with Customers
- Presenting demos of software to Customers
- Finding the right solutions to Customer’s needs and requirements
You will co-create:
- Global Sales and Marketing strategy
- New products and services basing on feedback from Customers

- Financial conditions to be agreed
- Legal form of employment to be agreed (all forms are available)
- Location: Our office in Katowice
